The ingredients to make sour Tamarind leaves soups are 2 teaspoon of oil, fish, onions, garlic, few turmeric powder, parsley leaves, fresh green chilies, salt, and fish paste. Heat oil in a saucepan and when oil is hot, fry the onion, fish, garlic and turmeric stirring around 30 seconds. Then add the water. When the water is boiled add fish paste, salt, fresh chilies and add tamarind leaves. Finally add the parsley for tasty smell for sour soup and can serve with rice deliciously.
