Lasagna described as a world’s most perfect food and most of people around the world agree on that statement. So what is Lasagna? Lasagna is wide, flat – shaped pasta and the meaning of Lasagna refers to a dish made with several layers of Lasagna sheets alternated with sauces, meat and various other ingredients. Lasagna is originated from Italy where the best recipe was created in there and became a traditional dish of Italy. Lasagna is one of the favorite popular cuisine meal in Europe and famous for its meaty, cheesy, hearty and unforgettable one bite delicious taste.

Generally Traditionally Lasagna is made of interesting layers of many ingredients.The main ingredients in Lasagna are Lasagna noodle (Pasta), olive oil, ground meat, onion, spices, Salt, black pepper, crushed tomatoes, Sauce, Ricotta, Mozzarella cheese, egg, fresh parsley leaves and etc.

Their special cooking for Lasagna are as follow.

Cooked the ground meat with onion and garlic until well browned. Stir in crushed tomato, tomato paste and sauce and water. Season with sugar, basil, fennel seeds, salt and pepper. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook Lasagna noodle in boiling water for 10 minutes. Traditionally pasta in Lasagna is making with handy option. But dried lasagna pasta noodles are readily-available in any supermarkets nowadays. Then Drain noodles and rinse with cold water. Then put the noodle in a bowl and combine Ricotta cheese with egg, parsley and salt. Preheat the oven to 375 Degree Fahrenheit. Spread the meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish and arrange some noodles over meat sauce. Spread with some of the ricotta cheese mixture and top with mozzarella cheese slices. Then spread again the meat sauce over and sprinkle Parmesan cheese . Repeat layers and top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese. As a final step, bake in pre heat oven for 25 minutes and bake an additional 30 minutes and cool before serving it.
